Far Infrared
My back has good days and it has bad days. A while back I managed to bulge a disc in my spine and it has never been the same since. If I put it under undue pressure it aches like mad. Some days it feels like its going to seize up on me again and I have real trouble moving around with it. I`ve been told that regular heat sessions will work wonders on my back and some time spent in a Far Infraredsauna would certainly help to alleviate the pain. I`ve been trying to track down a health club locally that has a Far Infraredsystem in operation. As well as it easing the pain in my lower back I know of other great benefits that I could experience if I spent some time in one of the booths. They are great for weight control and as a guy who is on a calorie controlled diet this is music to my ears. Each individual session can burn up to 800 calories aand it can help give the skin a healthy appearance. Blood pressure can be lowered and people can feel energized when they have taken part in one of the Far Infraredsessions. I`m having a bad back day today and I dearly wish I could just get up and spend some time in my own infrared sauna.

Moulin Rouge Corsets
My friends and I have recently decided to hold a burlesque evening for a laugh. We have decided to dress in Moulin Rouge Corsets and really go the whole hog in learning the dances and everything. At first some of my friends were a little reticent and felt that they were too self conscious to wear Moulin Rouge Corsets. However, after much discussion about the event, we have decided to keep the event female only on this occasion. This has seemed to appease my friends and I must say that they are really getting into the spirit of the party now. We have hired a suitable venue in the city centre and we seem to be getting more people who want to come along every day. I think that because we have charged a reasonable price for the party that people are really intrigued to find out what burlesque is all about and I don`t think they will be disappointed.
